Services

1. All service contracts are confirmed in writing with clear deliverables.
2. Once a service has commenced, refunds are generally not applicable.

Cancellations

1. Clients may request cancellation of a service before project initiation for a full refund.
2. After project initiation, cancellations may be subject to partial charges based on work completed.

Refunds

1. If Titan Analytics fails to deliver the agreed scope of service, a pro-rata refund will be considered.
2. All refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.
